ITI assists with the submission of applications to CySEC in order to obtain an AIF / AIFM license and ongoing services including:

1. Advising on the set up and structuring
2. Preparing the application including
3. Private Offering Memorandum

Details of all proposed Directors, with each providing the following:

1. Details of the following key service providers
2. CySec will require anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks for review and approval of the application (provided there are no deficiencies in the application).
3. Ongoing compliance services throughout the life of the AIF
